The same core software, Alert C3 Command and Control is equally well suited for
managing operations of all sizes. Whether your call volume is 10-20 or 2000+
plus calls a day, MIS have customers dealing with your volume of work.
We fully understand that smaller operations may not have access to highly
sophisticated IT support services in house, we therefore take this into account
in every proposal, making sure that the package that you opt for, both suits
your operational requirement and is virtually maintenance free. For example, we
ensure that resilience is built in and that data backup is fully automated,
ensuring that you can get on with the business of running your operations,
without worrying about your information systems.
Functionality
C3 Xpress provides all you need to manage your activity, from initial request, quotation, registration, job scheduling and management, and finally invoicing. No matter whether the job is a single patient journey, medical cover for the cup final, or a regular multi-patient contract, planning and control are all catered for in one seamless environment. The system allows you to hold a list of your regular clients, so once you have been told about a client’s special requirements, you never need to be told again. As well as being able to take and process one-off calls, the system allows for regular and ‘until further notice’ bookings. Jobs are individually classified and can be upgraded or downgraded as circumstances demand. Details of special locations can be added to the database, along with warnings and notes to alert your staff of any special precautions, or actions to take when attending. Pre-planned routine transport work is printed out in a clear format designed by Ambulance staff, with further options for electronic distribution.

Collaboration
C3 Xpress has been developed using our experience of providing systems to over 30 Ambulance operations in the UK and Ireland, over a period of 25 years.
