Imporved Response Monitoring   (08/02/2012)

As part of our continuous improvement and monitoring of both routing systems (IRIS) and attending crews C3 Nexus now provides the ability to reporting immediately a responding Ambulance Crew does not achieve the expected response time. This development allows for management of responding crews on a real-time basis, before impacting on the organisations overall performance. When enabled the module monitors for exceptions to the response calculation, and when one does occur reports the ETA, the actual response time and the location of the resrouce when allocated.
