SMS Two Way Communciations for First Responders   (20/01/2010)

Managing first responders effectively is a key part of the Ambulance Services response strategy and to assist in this MIS have developed a new module which uses SMS messaging for both First Responder allocation and response progress status messaging. The facility fully integrates with our existing First Responder modules and offers a number of significant advantages over traditional Radio Pager communications. The main benefit is the ability to configure status messaging in response to an incident notification, such as Mobile, On-Scene etc, with this information being automatically applied to the incident.
