EMDC Dashboard Update   (02/02/2009)

The EMDC Dashboard has only 1 purpose, to provide, at a glance, the current state of the operation from a Contol Room Perspective, this includes call answering times, allocation times, hospital turnarounds and Status Plan Compliance. As a result of a number of live implementations and user feedback, and an informal workshop held with SWAST a number of key improvements were identified. This latest version is now available for all users of the module. for further information contact MIS.
